Occasional Badges

You may have noticed that a lot of our young people are wearing one or more badges on the left side of their shirt (above the purple world membership badge. These are known as Occasional Badges and are worn to mark particular events.  We wear these with the permission of the District Commissioner, and you can see below examples of some of the badges we are currently wearing. As a general rule these badges are only meant to be worn for a year (the Bees are an exception) and they move to being a blanket badge when you change section.
