St Georges Day Parade 2010
The rain held off long enough for us to make the short walk from Grange School to Boundary Park for our annual Oldham District St Georges Day Parade. This year was a little more special given that Oldham Scouting is 100 years in 2010 and that fact gave the whole day even more significance.
We had a very good turn out from all three of our sections - Beavers, Cubs and Scouts - which is always something we are proud of.

Matthew Tuersley, Alex Sheard, James Clough, Kenny Scott and Finlay 'The Ambassador' McDougall making up a sizeable contingent of 20th Oldham Scouts in a raft piloted by the captain of the Italian Olympic Womens White Water Rafting Team, no less!
