Who is the mysterious WebMaster?

Debate has continued to rage this week as to the identity of the WebMaster - the mysterious individual who continues to monitor the content of the website and remove stuff at will. Please suggest names of who it could be so that the culprit can be tracked down and given a piece of our minds.

Where is Scooby Doo when you need him?!! Could Scooby Doo be the WebMaster?

not me, i only just got the password to get in,
but as you get the password off andy it's probably him

The 'joke' at the top was obvioulsy made up by the webmaster so they haven't got a sense of humour

I think it is Skip for reasons that are sooo complicated
But there could be 2: 1. A leader like skip or andy and 2. other scouts pretending to be "Webmaster"

Note that some times "webmaster" has a Capital"W" and "M" but on other occasions no capitals and other times just a capital "W"

and, if someone gets it correct will "Webmaster" tell us

Even though tom said it wasn't him because he only just got the password but you don't need the password to get onto the blog. Ha tom it could still be you.
